Where can I make a feature request for thunar file manager.

If thunar file copy would have a resume feature that would have been great. Often I copy files from LAN and sometimes it get disconnected for a time long enough to make the file copy stop. But if there was a resume option, then this type of midway interruption would be handled pretty easily...

You can create an enhancement request on the bug tracker. Just keep in mind that the current efforts are on GTK3 conversion.

Out of curiosity, why not use something like Filezilla, which has built-in file resume capabilities?

gvfs/gio does not provide any feature for pausing/resuming. Better file an enhancement request at the gnome bug tracker.
