Users Manual

We have just gone live with a (beta) MX Users Manual aimed at beginning and intermediate users:

Some portions are specific to MX Linux, of course, but others have wide applicability and may be of interest/use to the Xfce Community. It is based on our current release and the current Debian Stable, so will have to be substantially modified for MX-15 (in development).
