as I modify in thunar-archive-plugin file-roller for ark?

Not quite sure what you are asking. Here is the readme file that discusses supported archive managers and how to use them. And also this link for information on how to set the preferred archive manager.

Hello Moderator, I meant exactly that. By using "extract here" xfce does not detect me "ark" used only "file-roller" or "xarchiver" and I prefer to use "Ark" as change these options? I'm using Xubuntu 14.04.1. Thanks.

Is ark set up as your default archiver for the compressed file type you are trying to extract? If you right-click on an archive, which program is offered in the "Open with" option?
Thunar-archive-plugin will use the default archiver for that file type assuming there is an associated .tap file. To see if you have the ark.tap file installed (it should be), run:
locate ark.tap
EDIT: Another way to find the default mime association is to run:
xdg-mime query default application/x-zip
...or for the other file formats:
xdg-mime query default application/x-rar
xdg-mime query default application/x-tarz
...etc
