Anyone have suggestions on how to show/hide the main window bar at the top. I wanted to set it to appear/disappear when I use a shortcut, much like when you press alt but have the default setting on hide.
Maybe the search terms that I'm using are inaccurate but I can't find anything on this. The only search results are for themes.
Is this even possible or how would I do this?
Links appreciated.

There is nothing directly in Xfce that can this. However, I did come across this python script that does this for you. It will toggle the window decorations of the currently active window. Just bind the script to the shortcut that you want to use in Settings Manager >> Keyboard >> Application shortcuts.
One caveat though. For me, it seems that with every new window I try this with, it takes 2 attempts to undecorate it for the first time. There after, it always works with just one press of the keyboard shortcut.
