How to make keyboard shortcuts like Gnome desktop ?

I have used gnome desktop for many days, so , I feel comfortable using those shortcuts. Like , "super"+"up" , maximizes windows. So, how can I do that. Thanks.

Go to Settings Manager >> Window Manager >> Keyboard tab.
Find the action that you are interested in (in this case "Maximize Window").
Double-click the entry.
Press your desired keyboard shortcut.
