Will Wally Wallpaper Changer work with the new Desktop Settings?

With the old xfce Desktop Settings I could choose "image list", then click on "Create a new list or load an existing one", and choose the backdrops.list file from /.config/xfce4/desktop/.  That would get Wally regularly beaming me wallpapers from Flckr.  Now with the new Desktop Settings there is no image list option, and there's no way to get to that backdrops.list file.  At least I can't see how to do it.  Does anybody have Wally running with the new Desktop Settings?  How did you do it?  Thanks.
