Is there a way to list all the application on this desktop like in lxde?
I know this command xfdesktop --windowlist
but is there an actual application that will display it in a "better" way?
Also, is there a way to filter and sort the apps that appear in the app swticher (the default one and the list one, the one im askng about)?
Thanks in advance.

Perhaps you could post an image or a link to where we can see what lxde's method looks like. Or possibly describe it for those that don't or never have used it.

Have you tried middle-click on the desktop (or both button click if you have only 2 mouse buttons, or three-finger tap if you have a touchpad configured to do so)?

For the app switcher, have a look in Settings Manager->Window Manager Tweaks->Cycling tab, there are a few options there. For the windowlist menu, have a look in Settings Manager->Desktop->Menus tab.
