Salutations

Hello everyone. Brand new forum member here.

I use Fedora 19 XFCE Spin -- I've always liked XFCE -- simple, fast, and good-looking. So there it is. :O)

I'm happy again since my last computer bit the dust (over a year ago -- I've been living off of other people's PCs until about six months ago).
My current computer was actually bequeathed me by my father, and I love Windows 7 (it is what XP wanted to be), so I haven't been too keen on dinking with a dual boot solution.

But now I've had the time to pay with VirtualBox and so I'm happy. I'm just trying to get a nicer login than the horrid default LightDM spin theme... hence my (soon to be) second post here.

Hablo español, pues, me falta un poco de vocabulario tocante technología...

I'm fluent with Object Pascal and C and C++, and, uh, Tcl/Tk, Racket, Assembly, Python, uh... many others. (I spend most of my time with Pascal and C++).
