Saying Hello !

Hi folks,

Am relatively new to xcfe but not to unix or linux (nowadays I tend to work with Solaris, RH based: centos mainly).  I thought I would try XFCE out on a netbook (small amount of ram) and liked it so much am installing onto a bigger machine (destined for the lab).

I work in telecoms (test and integration) so am never far away from a terminal - one way or another :-)
