HTTP proxy and xfce4-weather-plugin

Hi all,

Starting with 0.8.3 xfce4-weather-plugin no longer allow to set a HTTP proxy at the applet level. Unless I'm wrong, it must be set as a variable environment and unless doing some hacks in the way XFCE starts, it must be set for the whole session. This mean unsetting http_proxy before running each application which must not get access to this proxy.

So I think it would be nice if xfce4-weather-plugin could provide again a way to set the HTTP proxy at the applet level.
