Bad background in some menus

I have bad background color in some menus & buttons. In some apps it's ok, e.g. Thunar. But with other apps there is the problem.
I am Xfce newbie, so I don't know if it is easy to fix or not.

So, how can I fix it?

There was a change in GTK 3.8 that affected menus (and some other widgets). The themes themselves need to be updated. I know that the shimmer themes have been updated to fix this bug but am unsure of the others. More info is located here (ubuntu bug report) https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+sour … ug/1163128.
