[Solved] how to make application running once in panel launcher

i want more display space, so i deleted the xfce panel 1 , and add some launcher of application to panel 2 .

now, when more application are minimal, only use alt + tab switch application, but it's uncomfortable .

so, I think if the launcher in panel 1 can detect the running application, if application is running then switch it and display on the top;

if application is not running then start the application.

how to do this or use another method can reach this purpose, thanks!
