Can't Mouse-Scroll Desktops Anymore

Greetings:

Since BleachBit wiped out my cache and sessions inside it (so other users claim), this is why I can't mouse-wheel scroll desktops anymore. On the Startup and Sessions panel I have listed:

xfwm4
Thunar
xfce4-panel
caja
pluma
Power Manger
seamonkey-bin

Some users claim Caja is the problem and shouldn't be there but have no hints how to get rid of it without dumping MATE. Any clues? Thanks!
