Copied theme to /.theme but they do not show up..

Currently running XFCE on the latest Xubuntu 12.10

I extracted the Divinorum and Soeb themes however niether show up when i open the appearance tab in settings manager?

Also where do i find the option "do not use system colors"

Not sure if its a typo, but the directory should be called .themes
