[Solved] Position of icon in panel

I have install xfce4 in my computer with Arch os, I added a panel, and when I tried to add programs to the panel, I saw that all the applications always placed in the left hand side of that panel like this :

So, how can I arrange the position of applications ? for example moving Session(Juliette in the picture) menu on the left of the panel ?

I am newbie here, so I beg your pardon for my question if you feel it is not appropriate.
