Notifications Panel missing.
Hey there!
I just upgraded to 4.10 in Xubuntu, and I just realized that Notifications menú no longer exists in the preferences panel.
Is it a bug or has been removed? I can access it from elsewhere?

If you have xfce4-notifyd installed then it would be there but Xubuntu may just be using some other notification daemon as its parent distro has this habit of reinventing the wheel, sometimes squarely.
