I am using xfce 4.10 now. It looks very strange, the bar at the top is bigger than usual, Application finder at the bottom does not have x icon.

Any suggestions ?

You can change the size of the bar from Settings->Panel->Display tab (adjust the "Size (pixels)" option.

Application finder at the bottom does not have x icon

Either change your icon theme or assign an icon to the launcher (right-click the launcher ->Properties, Edit button, Icon button)

Hi ToZ,

Thank you very much for your times. Another strange thing is that the top panel looks like a float not fixed. Prior this version the right most end had keyboard layout or date-time hanging there and will skip spaces for additional new application added but it does not so now, the right most end is padding with spaces.

Make the separator item to the left of keyboard layout item "expanding". This will push those applets to the right.

I do not find the separator on the panel, sorry for can not doing as your hints.
