Hi there

Xfce noob, already annoyed with volumed and how it's incompatible with pulse audio...  Other than that, I'm a happy camper wink

Re: Hi there

You can use this little script to raise, decrease and mute. Just bind the multimedia keys to it ('pavolcontrol increase', 'pavolcontrol decrease' and 'pavolcontrol toggle').

Needs pulseaudio-utils (that's how it's named in Fedora).

In the Arch forum there's some little scripts that also show a volume bar on the screen when you change the volume.
I had them here but don't have'em anymore.
