Howto migrate XFCE 4.6 panel configuration to XFCE 4.8 automatically, without a migration dialog?

You can do that in 4.9 with the XFCE_PANEL_MIGRATE_DEFAULT env var, not in 4.8

hi, i'm facing similar problem here.

i want to avoid first setup message.

i just want new users go directly to the desktop.

i've tried to set XFCE_PANEL_MIGRATE_DEFAULT in /etc/environment without any luck.

any hint?

I've solved this problem:

find xfconf-migration-4.6.desktop in /.config/autostart and delete.
