problem with xfwm4

After some normal package upgrade in Xubuntu 11.10, the menu bar (close, maximize, minimize, buttons) disappear/lost/gone from every window.
Also I am not able to move a window.

Searching in the internet, I found that "xfwm4" command repair the window.

The problem is every time after boot and login, I have to run "xfwm4".
Any idea about the issue?

Try clearing out the sessions cache:

rm -rf ~/.cache/sessions
