how to enable the hidden property rotate-vertically for clock plugin?

The xfce version is 4.8.1

I found there is a fixed issue "Bug 5958 - Clock display text on vertical panel is not oriented correctly".
But it seem not work after patch.( this version should contain the patch already)
Could anyone tell me how to enable it?

You need to create a new key for the plugin with the settings editor of xfconf-query.

I encounted another problem.
when I create another panel and add clock plugin on it, the rotate-vertically seem not work, is there any way to make it work?

Should work fine, but the 2nd plugin has a new plugin id in xfconf.

I check the properity editor, the new plugin didn't contain a rotate-vertically setting, so the clock didn't oriented correctly, not sure if it is correct.
