vmware not starting as regular user

Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone here can help me, I posted this on the Arch forums, but so far no responses.  I've been running Arch with XFCE for about a month or so, and I installed VMWare workstation, and can run it as root but not regular user. 

Here is my post on the Arch forums, just so I don't have to recopy everything.
