Installing XFCE 4.8 following build from source on Debian lenny
I have built XFCE 4.8 from source on my Debian lenny machine. I already had XFCE 4.6 installed from the Debian repositories. I naively thought that building 4.8 would mean that I ran 4.8 when I restarted my X server. Seems not - I'm still running 4.6. What should I do to actually enable 4.8?
