can not see the desktop while flipping through windows in xfce4

Hi guys:)

As the title said, I want to see the desktop while flipping through maximum windows via Ctrl+Alt+Tab in xfce4. I know that the selected windows will be minimized and the window background will be the desktop while flipping windows in Win7.

I tried to install Compiz in xfce4, I can  launch compiz, but saw a full while screen and the desktop effects continued to work, but no window contents were visible. Google this issue and found that i need to update my video card driver, X server, and/or Xgl.
Gave up...

I wanted to add a functionality which helps us to minimize all maximized windows while flipping windows via Ctrl+Alt+Tab. So I dived into xfwm4-4.4.2, but I could not find the callback function while flipping windows via Ctrl+Alt+Tab.

I am not familiar with xfwm4. PLS, I need ur help and thank you very much in advance!
