Xfce 4.8 pre-1 released

The new Xfce 4.8 has been released for 'testing' purposes.

Let's give OUR desktop environment all the support and help we can.

Great news! The changelogs are amazing. Wonder what 'pre-1' means? =alpha?

pre1 is more stable than an alpha. It's part of our new release process, it just means that all features we wanted to implement for Xfce 4.8 are implemented and that we will only focus on bug fixing from now on. 'Pre' stand for preview, because with this release you can see exactly how 4.8 will look like.

Obviously, we will fix dozens of bugs before releasing final and we have already started
