Custom action on disk mount

Hello! I have created a simple rsync-based script, that backups sensible date to my flash stick. It would be nice to run that script automatically on every flash mount. Is it possible to do with Xfce (4.6)? There is one "generic" solution - to write udev rules; but the problem is that all mounting process should also be udev-based, e.g. I will lost xfce automounting functionality also... And it is too complex. So, is there any out of box solution for my relatively simple task?
