Question...

I downloaded and unpacked the tar files. Whats specifically are the commands used to unpack the files, I just used Webmins extract and I don't see the configure script so I can't go any farther so I suspect that everything is not getting unpacked. Or is there a specific location what it should be downloaded and unpacked into for installation?
