.xinitrc Change my language

Xfce 4.6 installed with Slim and it works pretty well, but it turns out that when I start the session, even setting SLIM to use Xfce by default, it starts and what not to do so I have to select it with the F1. In my home I do not have. Xinitrc, so I think you added manually and this in:

#! / bin / sh
exec / usr/local/bin/startxfce4

Y falls perfectly without having to press F1, but a detail, I opened Xfce English and had it set to English.

What can I do, or what might be causing this?

I searched the forum but nobody has raised this issue ...
