Turn off all window decorations for some windows

I am a long time user of Waimea, an obscure but highly configurable window manager.  In waimea, I had it set up to turn off all window manager decorations for some windows.  Unfortunately, that wm is dead.  Fortunately, xfce4 is a good replacement.  I have been able to duplicate *most* of my config from waimea.  However, I have been unable to find any docs on more advanced configuration options.  Specifically, I want to turn off all window decorations around my editor (gvim) window.  Any pointers to doc or help are greatly appreciated.

xfwm4 does what the wmhints tell it to do and does not set any hints it self,
you will need devilspie to set the no decorate hint for you.
