Back on xfwm4 after a year with Beryl/Compiz-Fusion

I went back to xfwm4 after a year on Beryl/Compiz-Fusion..... and I'm loving how fast xfwm4 is feeling.

the gtk-2.0 is my own mod of the clearlooks Glossy theme.
the xfwm4 is my own mod of the kokodi window theme.
the icons are my own mod of the UbuntuStudio icons.
