Using xmonad with Xfce

Is there a way to use alternative window managers with Xfce instead of xfwm?

I'm interested in trying out xmonad (http://www.xmonad.org) with Xfce. (On it's own it's nice, but doesn't have any menus etc.).

kill xfwm4 and start you other wm. Save the session on exit.
