Hi everyone!
A long-time user of XFCE software here, even if not of the whole XFCE desktop since my early Xubuntu days.
Now helping with a Debian derivative called BunsenLabs.
Thunar, xfce4-power-manager, ristretto, xfburn, xfce4-appfinder, xfce4-clipman, xfce4-notifyd and xfce4-screenshooter are key parts of the BL desktop (and I personally use xfdesktop4 too).
The upcoming Wayland shift means more app changes and I might be here now and then for advice.
Please be nice!

Hello johnraff,
Welcome to xfce forum.
I have previously found bunsenlabs, downloaded, and installed boron; although, the installation was totaled when I upgraded the M.2 NVME ssd.
This forum has some interesting requests on it, and the advice from the minders is pretty good - they seem to know what they are talking about.
You will get good advice here:)
Do no harm.
