[Solved] Netowork Manager Icon try

XFCE 4.20
NM version 1.36.0
Arch

Is it possible to change the squared orange icon try by something more meaninfull
Under Debian XFCE 4.18 NM version 1.30.0 the icon changes its view from wireless to wired connection mode

Xfce will only display what the nm-applet sends it. So if you want to change the icon you need to change it in the icon theme you are using. Alternatively, you can start nm-applet as an indicator:

nm-applet --indicator

...and it will use an indicator as opposed to a systray icon which will give you some options to adjust it via css.
