Save Session for terminator or konsole

Hi to all,

I work under Arch linux with Xfce. Nice.
But, I cannot use xfce4-terminal because it has not the splitting possibility which is often useful for my job.
For this reason I usually use konsole or terminator terminals because they both have this capability.

Unfortunately, after a reboot, Xfce shows me the konsole or terminator windows but they have lost all tabs leaving only one tab located at my home directory.

The System Settings > Session and Startup > Logout Settings > Automatically save ... is ON.
If I have a look at System Settings > Session and Startup > Current Session, the terminator or konsole processes are not listed.
Conversely, il I launch a xfce4-terminal program, its process is listed.

Please, how can I modify the settings to keep my current konsole or terminator processes in a useful working state to do not have to rebuild all the stuff each time I must reboot.

Thanks.

I don't know for Konsole, but in Terminator, you can save the layout in the preferences and you can load it with the -l option.
