After reboot , screen will be changed to eDP-1, or vice versa to eDP

Asus Laptop, no further monitor in use, Xubuntu 22.04.3

I use xrandr in scripts, the indication of xrandr will be sometimes  eDP-1, sometimes eDP after reboot (and vice versa).

Now I have an "if" in use to get the right monitor indication and to change the resolution with xrandr.

But is there a way to force the system to either eDP or eDP-1 ?

If something of /var/log/Xorg.0.log will be needed for further information, I will add it (or something else).

Thank you for help.
