Cannot interpret arabic character codes keys input

How to solve cannot interpret arabic character codes keys input
Such encountered on some case e.g.
Xfce terminal

Now on Wine running an app. namedly shamilah; https://dev.shamela.ws/downloads/window ... 1444.2.iso

In other normal condition here, toggling to Arabic layout will instantly accept correctly any character code key being pressed / input as e.g. on a text editor, qpdfview, browser now, etc, but not on this correctly Wine installed and glyph ouput app.

The input field
toggling to Arabic merely changes (current) layout keys from lower-case to upper one, so instead of
تنم

it's JKL

Please help out sincerely any of which's so appreciated
