window arrangeing problem on xfce4

Iam using xfce4 on xubuntu in which window key + down and window Key+ left button is working but means window key +right ,window+up is not working may i know the reason it is same from starting when i installed.

Are those shortcuts set? Open Window Manager. In the Keyboard tab, there's a list of shortcuts. See if tile actions are assigned keybindings.
