Xfce4 Menu Does Not React on Pointer over Internet and Others

Hello! I have an inconvenience using Xfce4: Menu is not so precious as I wish.
I move pointer over Menu elements, but Menu reacts very slow, sometimes it does not select necessary menu even when pointer is in the middle of line of that element and even more. So it looks like blind.
