xfce4-pulseaudio plugin does not show in panel?

I'm using Manjaro 21.3.7 with xfce4. My icon theme is gnome-wine. I have been able to add or change the icons I want but one. That is the panel icon for xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin. I have placed the icon image file for this plugin from icon theme Papirus-Light in my /home/user/.icons/gnome-wine/scalable/statuse folder. There was no change. I would be grateful for any help with this issue.

Hello and welcome.

For the gnome-wine icon theme, you need to copy/create the following icons:

• audio-volume-high-symbolic.svg

• audio-volume-medium-symbolic.svg

• audio-volume-low-symbolic.svg

• audio-volume-muted-symbolic.svg

...and place them in the gnome-wine/scalable/status folder. You will also need to run:

gtk-update-icon-cache FOLDER

...where FOLDER is the full path to the gnome-wine folder]
