Thunar Custom Function only on Certain Folder

Hello, as the title state, I want to ask, is it possible to make a custom action in Thunar with specific folder location? Or it's not? Is there any work around if it's not? Thank you

Depends on what you mean.

If you want a custom action to only appear if you click on the Documents folder, then on the Appearance tab of the custom action, check the "Directories" checkbox and in the "File Pattern" field, enter "Documents". Note that the match in this field is on the folder name, not the path.

If you mean you want a custom action to only work if you are in one specific directory, then the best you can do is create a script that checks for the correct directory before proceeding.

Depends on what you mean.

If you want a custom action to only appear if you click on the Documents folder, then on the Appearance tab of the custom action, check the "Directories" checkbox and in the "File Pattern" field, enter "Documents". Note that the match in this field is on the folder name, not the path.

If you mean you want a custom action to only work if you are in one specific directory, then the best you can do is create a script that checks for the correct directory before proceeding.

So the only option only works for the items in the directory, is showing to anything, but check if the file reside in the directory or not? Hmm.. so there are no workaround for now to only apply on some items in directory then(only by scripting check the directory)? (because that means showing the custom command/action to anything)
