[SOLVED] Trying to lower minimum inactivity below 15 minutes

I'm trying to lower minimum inactivity but it doesn't work. I attached the source code please help. it is based 4.16.0 release

Are you looking to temporarily change the lower limit or are you looking to create a patch and request merge into the code base? If its a temporary bypass you are looking for, you can do that by manually editing the value in the Settings Editor and not using the configuration dialog.
