Can no longer set title on terminal tabs

I updated today and found I can no longer set the title of each terminal tab.

I run a few tabs always and like to keep them titled so I always used to R-Click and set the title of the tab. I no longer see an option to do so.

Is this a bug?

I believe something changed there. If you double-click the tab title, you'll get a popover where you can change the title.
