XFCE4 Mixer

Will the XFCE4 mixer plugin be returning or is it gone for good.?

I ask because there aren't any other mixer plugins except Pulse, which I detest.

There was a bunch of work done about a year ago but nothing released. Might be worth testing out. Are you able to build it from source to give it a try?

I'll give compiling a try.

Edit - Opensuse 15.3 doesn't have glib-2.

Another reason to consider another distro.
