Tell me how to block thumbnails mpeg pdf in window and thunar. Tried changing local and global config /etc/xdg/tumbler/tumbler.rc && ~/.config/tumbler/tumbler.rc without changing the result.

This may be more than you want but in Thunar -> Preferences set "Show thumbnails" to Never.

@alexbalkan, what you did should stop new thumbnails from being created. However, existing thumbnails will still show. To delete those, delete the ~/.cache/thumbnails folder.
Note: you might have another thumbnailer doing the thumbnails that would not be affected by these settings. Have a look at /usr/share/thumbnailers to see which are installed.
