translate google com and mousepad

As my English is very poor, I often use translate.google.com to get the content in one of my both main languages (French and German).

The problem is, that google also translate things not being translatable.

for ex. in this interesting page https://coreutils.gnu.narkive.com/BphWl … -usb-stick

t.g.c translate the user name "jb" as "juristisch" in German ;-)) !

etc.

so I am looking for an simple text editor (not a text processing system like OO or LO !!!) permitting to write (and print out) 2 or 3 versions of the same text left / middle / right on the same page.

can mousepad (or an other text editor) manage it?

Mousepad can't (unless you hack "paste as column", but that would be really impractical), and I don't feel like it's the domain of a text editor, but rather of a word processor.
