Doesn't look like it...yet. Here is what currently exists. IRC is the closest to live interaction that it currently gets. That being said, there is a lot of good support there.

I don't think so. Logical move from my personal point of view would be to head over to libera.chat.

A few distros anounced the move to libera.chat and their channels got hijacked.
