Removing title bar from an existing window

Running XFCE 4.12 under Slackware.

I have a window already present in my desktop, and I would like to remove the title bar from that specific window, while any other existing windows are left untouched. Is this possible under XFCE? I mean, with the default XFCE configuration, without using any window managers other than XFCE's default, and also without having to change the theme.

Notice that I would like to do this for a window that is not maximized - I already know how to do so when a window is maximized.
