Hello there !
[I wasn't sure where to post this post. Don't hesitate moving it if necessary]
Currently I'm on Archlinux with i3/Xorg. I'm using pulseaudio/alsa for managing the sound and iwctl for networking. Is it possible using Xfce with this ?
(I think of Gnome for example, which brings NetworkManager with itself to manage networks)
Thanks for your replies
Louis

Hello and welcome.
Xfce does not dictate which network manager of sound system you use - this is a distro-based decision. Regardless of which you use, Xfce will continue to work. In other words, the network manager and sound system are outside of Xfce.
So to answer your question directly, yes Xfce will work with pulseaudio and/or alsa or iwctl.
