What's the current status on 4.16?

The schedule said that 4.16pre2 and even possibly pre3 was supposed to be released in September and October. It's November and we're still on pre1. Has the final release been moved back to January/February? What's going on?

Pushed back to Nov/Dec release. See https://wiki.xfce.org/releng/4.16/roadmap.

But 4.16pre2 never came out in October like it was planned. Is 4.16pre2 going to be skipped?

Looks like they are behind (https://wiki.xfce.org/releng/4.16/roadmap/xfce_4.16pre2). Probably best to ask at the xfce4-dev mailing list or on the #xfce-dev IRC channel where the developers hang out.
