If you mean "orage", you can install it via:
apt install orage

jr@jr-pc:~$ sudo apt install orange

Package orange is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

Orage is definitely in the Buster/10 repo.
